Regional Sales Manager (Saudi)
Our client, a leading regional FMCG organisation, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Jeddah, to lead sales performance and drive commercial growth across the region.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing regional performance, and strengthening customer and distributor relationships. You will oversee sales execution, identify growth opportunities, and ensure achievement of commercial objectives across assigned markets.
You will also play a key role in driving sales excellence, improving market coverage, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit- 8+ years of sales experience within non-food FMCG
- Strong experience in regional sales management and driving commercial performance
- Traditional Trade and direct distribution experience is a must
- Strong understanding of retail channels, customer management, and market execution
- Proven ability to deliver sales growth and achieve commercial targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
