Job Summary
The HORECA Regional Manager is responsible for growing sales and managing customers within the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering) across the Jeddah Region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leading the regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HORECA customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Lead and support the regional sales team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments.
- Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in food distribution or FMCG.
- Experience in the HORECA channel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and build customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
