Key Account Manager

Overview

Our client is an established organization with a growing commercial footprint across the GCC, recognized for delivering high-quality products and building long-term partnerships with leading customers. The company is looking to appoint a Key Account Manager who can strengthen strategic customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to sustainable revenue generation.

• Develop and manage relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Build annual business plans aligned with customer objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and market penetration.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor account performance against agreed KPIs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless customer service.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and account development plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend commercial actions.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales.
• Experience managing large corporate or retail customers.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic would be an advantage.
