Sales Associate – Rentokil Initial (Jeddah, SA)

Rentokil Boecker® seeks an experienced Sales Associate to drive growth in the Saudi market. The successful candidate will prospect new clients, present our sustainable pest control solutions, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Implement the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to meet monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities by actively prospecting the market.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and inform them how our safer, sustainable solutions benefit health, property, and the environment.
• Survey premises, estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed.
• Develop offers for target clients using all necessary marketing tools.
• Present new products and services to existing clients, enhancing relationships through courtesy calls and visits.
• Respond to client needs and follow up with relevant parties on all aspects of their request.
• Educate clients on processes that maximize the value of our services.
• Prepare detailed offers, follow up until the offer becomes a contract, and handle after‑sales follow‑up.
• Handle renewals of contracts where applicable.
• Communicate new sales and renewals to the Operations Department.
• Accurately and timely record client data on Rentokil Boecker® systems.
• Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote company services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing in relevant markets.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency:
  Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Strong reporting and monitoring skills with remarkable attention to detail.
• Effective decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
