BMC is seeking a Sales Team Lead in Jeddah to drive student recruitment and enrollment sales. The role leads CRM Agents, Admission Consultants, and B2B Sales Representatives, ensuring qualification, nurturing, follow-up, and conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
You will optimize the lead-to-enrollment funnel, improve sales processes, and deliver a consultative, student-centered experience throughout the enrollment journey. Requires 6-8 years in sales leadership, preferably in higher education.
