- Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities for company projects
- Develop and execute marketing strategies launch campaigns and promotional plans
- Oversee CRM management customer journey and lead tracking processes
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maximize conversion rates
- Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team to ensure high productivity and accountability
- Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to the CEO
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to support business growth
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project launches and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and business partners
- Ensure all commercial activities align with company objectives and brand positioning
- 6 8 years of proven experience in Off-Plan Real Estate Sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Professional fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Presentable, professional, and highly organized personality.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience managing large-scale project launches and marketing campaigns.
