Telesales Agent

We are looking to hire a highly skilled Tele sales Agent with strong experience in B2C sales and phone-based selling. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and capable of converting leads into paying customers through phone calls.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers
• Present and sell subscription-based services clearly and persuasively over the phone
• Convert leads into active subscribers through effective communication and objection handling
• Follow up with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion rates
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right subscription offer
• Close deals directly during calls using structured sales techniques
• Deliver clear and professional sales pitches tailored to different customer types
• Handle objections effectively and guide customers toward purchase decisions
• Build rapport with customers to increase trust and conversion
• Track calls, leads, and outcomes using Google Sheets or CRM systems
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales status
• Follow up consistently with leads who did not convert
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain high call quality while maximizing conversion rates
• Continuously improve performance based on feedback

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or call-based sales
• Proven experience in B2C sales
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
• Confident communication and ability to handle objections
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Strong listening skills and customer-focused mindset

• Proficient in Google Sheets or CRM systems
• Familiar with sales tracking and reporting tools
• Comfortable using call systems or dialers
