HORECA Regional Manager - Catering & Institutions

Job Summary

HORECA Regional Manager - Catering & Institutions is responsible for conducting the field sales operations. He / She applies sales knowledge and techniques to achieve his/her sales targets and collection targets. He / She manages customer relationships through outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution for the responsible region.

• Follow the daily route plan with the sales team to make customer visits
• Discuss the sales order requirements with sales team and Assisting for Release orders and following up on stock in warehouses
• Provide inputs on competitors’ promotions, pricing, and sales trends to Horeca
• Channel Manager.
• Implement the sales promotions effectively as per directions
• Follow up on orders with the Sales Coordinator and clarify if there are any queries
• Prepare and share the daily status report to Channel Manager.
• Handle customers professionally and address their queries efficiently
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
• Handle customers’ complaints regarding return goods by gathering required
• information and submitting it to the logistics team for necessary action

• Follow up with Sales team for achieving the collections targets
• Raise concerns to the Channel Manager in case of overdue or collection issues
• Prepare and share the collection status report
• Following up on cash and checks to cashier along with supporting to ensure accurate accounting of collections

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/sales/marketing.
• 7 years of experience in sales in FMCG Sector.
• Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English.
