Cyber Agora builds OSS — the Operations Success System — an AI-powered omnichannel platform that helps multi-location businesses manage orders, communications, customers, HR, and logistics in one place. Serving pharmacies, F&B, retail, wellness, residential compounds, and more across Saudi Arabia.

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business — qualifying prospects, running discovery, and closing deals with multi-location businesses across the Kingdom.

• Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract
• Run discovery calls that diagnose a prospect's operational pain before positioning the product
• Deliver product demos tailored to the prospect's specific operational needs
• Manage pipeline and activity in the company CRM (Pipedrive)
• Coordinate handoff to the business development team post-close
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills — comfortable leading conversations, not just presenting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM
• Comfortable creating and delivering content and demos in both Arabic and English for the Saudi market
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission
