Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their uniform requirements
- Sell school uniforms and corporate uniforms as per customer needs
- Explain fabric quality, sizes, customization options, embroidery printing and pricing
- Take accurate measurements when required
- Prepare sales orders, quotations and invoices
- Coordinate with production, embroidery, printing departments for custom orders
- Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the outlet
- Manage stock availability and inform management about low stock items
- Handle cash, card payments and maintain daily sales records
- Follow company policies and maintain professional behavior at all times
- Previous experience in garment or uniform sales preferred
- Basic knowledge of sizes, fabrics, and fitting
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge (POS, invoicing, or Excel is an advantage)
- Honest, punctual, and well-presented
