Business Development Manager - Earth Observation

A space and defence company delivering Earth observation and geospatial data analytics to civil, defence and dual-use markets across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC and beyond. Already revenue-generating and preparing for Series A, the business is scaling toward roughly 150 employees over the next 12 months.

They're looking for a commercially-minded BD/Sales hire who can bring an existing network and contracts, not just open doors. This is a "hit the ground running" role.

• A track record generating revenue in Earth observation, satellite data, geospatial analytics or a closely related space/defence sector
• An established network across defence, government, environmental or commercial buyers, ideally spanning the GCC, Europe or wider international markets
• Comfortable working across both direct sales and channel/partner routes to market
• A background that combines technical credibility (understanding satellite imagery, data analytics, use-case development) with genuine deal-closing experience

• Based in Saudi Arabia
• A background or qualification in AI/machine learning
• Experience selling into defence, environmental or maritime verticals

• Competitive base plus commission, with flexibility on structure for the right profile
• Genuine ground-floor opportunity ahead of a Series A raise and major headcount growth
• Open to in-person (Saudi) or remote arrangements for candidates who bring their own contracts and network
