Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners while driving sales opportunities for AVED's luxury real estate portfolio.

The role includes identifying client needs, presenting premium property solutions, negotiating agreements, managing the sales process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, generate new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and represent AVED with professionalism to strengthen client relationships and achieve sales targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Services, preferably within the real estate or luxury sector.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative sales skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Jeddah.
