- Generate new business in institutional, government, and real estate sectors.
- Handle tenders, quotations, technical submissions, and negotiations.
- Promote HVAC solutions (VRF, DX, AHU, FCU, Package Units, Ventilation).
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and payment collection.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of HVAC direct/project sales experience.
- Experience in Government, PIF, institutional, tender, and real estate projects.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
