Sales Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East is a Saudi-based licensed manufacturer of Sealy mattresses, serving customers across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. Known for its premium bedding products, the company plays an important role in bringing high-quality sleep solutions to the market through a strong commercial presence and a focus on retail and wholesale partnerships.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-established brand in the consumer goods space, supporting continued growth across a premium product category. As Sales Supervisor, you will help drive commercial performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support the execution of sales strategies that expand market reach and reinforce the company’s position in the bedding and home products sector.

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and key wholesale customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in premium bedding products.
• Develop sales plans and promotional initiatives across assigned territories.
• Prepare sales performance reports and provide coaching to team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 10 years of experience in high-end mattress and bedding products, with a strong background in premium consumer goods sales within home products.
• Proven experience in retail account management, wholesale or distributor sales, and territory sales across Jeddah or the wider Saudi market.
• Experience managing relationships with major retail chains, independent furniture or bedding retailers, and wholesale distributors.
• Experience using an ERP or CRM system; familiarity with Odoo is a plus.
• Proficient in the English language
