Entry Level Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs. This is a full-time entry-level position that does not require previous experience or English proficiency.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer needs and provide product recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively upsell products
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
• Fluent in Arabic (other languages a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships with customers
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, so we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Jeddah.
