Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm, friendly manner and assist them in choosing products that best suit their needs.
- Keep up-to-date with product information and industry trends.
- Build relationships with customers by providing outstanding service.
- Provide assistance to customers in making purchases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and take necessary measures to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
