Sales Manager (Pakistani or Egyptian) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are a fast-growing company in the retail industry and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of 1300$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

• Develop and lead the sales team to achieve set targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
• Create sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching when needed
• Prepare sales reports for senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Must be willing to work on contract basis with visa sponsorship
