Retail Sales Associate (English Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs and providing exceptional customer service. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions and resolving any issues
• Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
• Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
