A hotel sales and marketing executive drives room occupancy, event bookings, and brand awareness. Core duties include prospecting corporate clients, managing digital marketing and social media campaigns, conducting property site inspections, negotiating group rates, and analyzing market and competitor trends.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Lead Generation- Find new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group booking leads.
- Make daily sales calls, send proposals, and close contracts.
- Host property tours and site inspections for potential clients.
- Run social media channels and update local hotel listings.
- Plan promotional packages for slow seasons or holidays.
- Create marketing collateral, flyers, and email campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business.
- Monitor competitor pricing, occupancy trends, and local events.
- Coordinate with front desk, reservations, and banquets on guest needs.
