Sales Manager (Pakistani/Egyptian) - Jeddah

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in Jeddah. We are specifically looking for candidates from Pakistan or Egypt, who are fluent in English and have prior sales experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competition
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Train new team members on company products, policies, and procedures
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to upper management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to drive results through a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments
