Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement the Business Development strategy for the Makkah Region Cluster.
• Identify new business opportunities that support the growth of hospital and medical center services.
• Build strategic relationships with corporate organizations, governmental entities, insurance companies, employers, and healthcare partners.
• Develop referral networks with physicians, clinics, and hospitals to increase patient referrals.
• Identify opportunities for new services, clinics, and business expansion.
• Work closely with Operations and Medical Leadership to identify service gaps and develop growth plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns that increase patient volume and brand awareness.
• Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions with external organizations.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and healthcare industry developments.
• Ensure all business development activities align with the organization's strategic objectives and governance requirements.
• Prepare monthly business development reports including pipeline, opportunities, revenue impact, and business performance.
• Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
• Support tender submissions and strategic proposals for both governmental and private sector opportunities.
• Actively uses the CRM commercial data to identify unrealized growth opportunities such as non-returning patients and unconverted leads.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, Commercial Strategy, or Healthcare Business Development

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic
