• Own and deliver the annual sales revenue, margin and growth targets
• Personally identify and convert projects, customers and opportunities
• Manage the full opportunity and pipeline lifecycle in Salesforce
• Position Armacell solutions with project owners, consultants and specifiers
• Drive distributor sales and technical teams to convert opportunities
• Prioritise opportunities by value, probability and timing
• Lead commercial negotiations, protecting pricing and margin
• Coordinate with Specification, Engineering, Customer Service and Finance

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• 5-7 years of hands-on B2B technical sales experience within construction, HVAC, insulation, or related industries
• Proven experience managing distributors or channel partners without direct authority
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close sales independently
• Experience using  or an equivalent CRM for pipeline and forecast management
• Experience in specification-driven selling with EPC contractors is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken
