Business Develop Crane Rental Business Development Manager BDMManager

Success First Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager & Crane Operator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and acquire new clients in the construction, infrastructure, industrial, oil & gas, and heavy lifting sectors.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Identify new projects and secure crane rental and heavy lifting contracts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up until contracts are awarded.
• Understand project lifting requirements and recommend the appropriate crane and equipment.
• Operate mobile cranes safely and professionally when required and according to valid certifications.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Conduct customer and project-site visits across Saudi Arabia.

• Proven experience in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction business development.
• Practical experience operating mobile cranes is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and industrial market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Valid crane operator certifications and relevant licenses.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Willingness to travel and visit project sites.
