JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for all sales activities in the region. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. To achieve sales target &Gross profit (product line)

2.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct sales of company products and services to current and prospective clients within the designated area, including remote areas.
Maintain and enhance existing client relationships and forge new ones to expand the business reach.
Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, such as sales funnel and customer relationship management (CRM), employing tools like market information systems (MIS) and competitor analysis.
Communicate compellingly regarding new offerings, significant developments, and feedback from field activities to appropriate internal teams.
Swiftly address and resolve customer issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with various company departments to ensure all requirements for closing sales are met efficiently.
Diligently achieve and monitor annual sales targets and manage product stock levels.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver best-in-class solutions and product quality.
Utilize JD Edwards system for various sales and stock monitoring processes, keeping data up-to-date and relevant.

3. QUALIFICATIONS AND

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in medical technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of successful sales experience in Medical Devices, specifically within Surgical Equipment, Electrosurgery (ESU), Energy Devices, or Operating Room (OR) Technologies
Previous sales experience within Surgical Equipment, Advanced Energy Devices, Laparoscopy, OR Integration, or High-Value Surgical Consumables.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in providing intraoperative application support, clinical demonstrations, and troubleshooting directly inside the Operating Room (OR)
Solid technical understanding of surgical energy technologies, electro-surgical generators, and related surgical instruments
