Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market share in the facility management industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing corporate contracts, and building long-term client relationships.

• Sales & Growth:
  Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for hard and soft facility management services (e.g., HVAC, maintenance, security, cleaning).
• Lead Generation:
  Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Bidding & Proposals:
  Lead the end‑to‑end tender process, including drafting proposals, cost estimations, and delivering client presentations.
• Client Relations:
  Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers, property managers, and corporate clients.
• Market Analysis:
  Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new revenue streams.

• Experience:
  
  Proven track record (5–8 years) in B2B sales or business development specifically within the Facility Management or real estate sector.
• Skills:
  
  Strong negotiation, networking, proposal-writing, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with integrated facility management (IFM) services and local market regulations.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
