Sales Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager – Commercial & Industrial (C&I) to grow Solar Robotics Systems’ presence across the Saudi Arabian C&I solar market. The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with EPC contractors, developers, industrial customers, facility owners, and government entities, and driving the sales of robotic solar cleaning solutions and related services.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and executing the C&I sales strategy in line with Solar Robotics Systems’ growth objectives
• Identifying new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors
• Building and maintaining a sustainable pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation and contract signing
• Achieving annual sales and revenue targets
• Preparing commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and customer-specific solutions
• Building long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and strategic accounts
• Developing partnerships with EPC contractors, solar developers, utilities, government entities, distributors, and channel partners
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
• Leading RFQ, RFP, and tender responses in coordination with Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams
• Supporting contract finalization and ensuring timely submission of commercial proposals
• Collaborating with Finance on collections and with Marketing on campaigns, exhibitions, and market-development activities
• Working closely with Engineering and Technical teams to support customer requirements, site assessments, and product improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental policies during customer and site activities

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from a full-time accredited university in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• A master’s degree is an advantage
• At least 5–10 years of B2B sales and business-development experience, preferably within the Energy, Solar, Oil & Gas, or related sectors
• Strong experience in consultative selling, key-account management, commercial negotiation, and contract management
• Proven ability to develop new markets, build sales pipelines, and achieve revenue targets
• Experience working with EPC contractors, developers, industrial customers, government entities, and other key stakeholders
• Strong understanding of proposal development, tender management, RFQ/RFP processes, and commercial contracting
• Good market-awareness and ability to assess competitor activity and identify emerging opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and stakeholder-engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with occasional travel within the GCC based on business requirements
