Showroom Sales Consultant

Responsible for welcoming showroom customers, maintaining customer satisfaction, presenting vehicle features and available financing options, completing sales transactions, following up with customers, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Welcome showroom customers and provide a professional customer experience from arrival to departure.
• Register walk-in customers and maintain their information in the CRM system.
• Understand customer requirements and explain vehicle features and specifications.
• Explain available financing schemes and options to customers.
• Complete sales transactions in accordance with company regulations and procedures.
• Ensure customers understand applicable after-sales procedures and policies.
• Follow up with customers and update their status in the CRM system on a daily basis.
• Stay updated on vehicle specifications, prices, offers, and competitor activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Work toward achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

• High School Diploma or equivalent as a minimum.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers and the public.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
