Telesales Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Consultant to act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns and call centers. You will be responsible for accurately qualifying leads, driving physical site visits, converting prospects into sales opportunities, and maintaining precise CRM records in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process inbound leads from social media and marketing campaigns via our CRM system.
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify prospects and present company products, while efficiently handling incoming calls on the unified number.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate seamlessly with the direct sales team for smooth handoffs.
• Accurately update customer profiles, status, and financial data in real-time to assess purchasing intent.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports (completed, received, incomplete), lead status reports (qualified/unqualified, follow-up stages), and scheduled visit conversion metrics.

Technical

Skills:

• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate data records.
• Excellent contact list management and priority-setting during shifts.
• Ability to track call and conversion KPIs using dashboard analytics.

Soft Skills:

• Quick thinking, agility, and fast response times.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills suited for diverse client segments.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict time management and a target-driven mindset.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or call center environments.
• Proven background in Real Estate Development.
• Practical familiarity with CRM systems and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Real Estate Financing/Mortgages.
