General Purpose

To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or activities Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

• Make technical sales calls to new and existing clients
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone electronically or in person
• Schedule sales activity
• prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Develop technical sales proposals
• Prepare and present sales contracts
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
• Monitor competitors market conditions and product development by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends identifying sales opportunities
• Updates job knowledge Technical side selling skills by studying new product descriptions and new techniques participating in educational opportunities
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts soliciting new accounts building rapport providing technical information and explanations preparing quotations
• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Maintains and improves quality results by following standards recommending improved policies and procedures Customers categories nonalcoholic beverage processed food amp Dairy

Bachelor degree Of Chemical engineering or bachelor s degree science chemistry division

6-8 years in food amp beverage industry
