Lead, Food & beverage - KSA

General Purpose To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or activities. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

• Make technical sales calls to new and existing clients,
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• Schedule sales activity, prepare sales action plans and strategies,
• Develop technical sales proposals,
• Prepare and present sales contracts
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development(by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities) Updates job knowledge (Technical side + selling skills) by studying new product descriptions and new techniques; participating in educational opportunities.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
• Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.

Educational background:
Bachelor degree Of Chemical engineering or bachelor's degree science (chemistry division)

Relevant experience: 6-8 years in food& beverage industry
