Inside Sales Executive – IT Distribution

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and support revenue growth within the IT Distribution sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers,qualifying sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities within targetmarkets.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and otherprospecting methods.
• Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and initiate the sales process.
• Develop and expand business within existing customer accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and vendor teams to develop effective salesstrategies.
• Createand transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for closure.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity pipelinesin the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities, including documentation of customer requirements and next steps.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
• Preparequotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Buildand maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Meetor exceed assigned sales quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• 2-3years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in IT Distribution, IT Hardware,Software, or Technology Solutions
  .
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Proven ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close sales.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strongobjection handling, problem-solving, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Well-organizedwith strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Abilityto prepare quotations, sales reports, and basic sales analysis.
• Capableof performing basic mathematical calculations and pricing computations.
• Self-motivated,target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT Distribution, Value-Added Distribution (VAD), or technology channelsales.
• Understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, networking, cloud solutions,cybersecurity, and enterprise technologies.
• Strongaccount development and pipeline management skills.
• Experience working with vendors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners.
