Job Duties and Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Reach out to new leads, past buyers, and marketing campaign responses to pitch car models or automotive services.
Lead Conversion: Answer questions regarding vehicle specs, pricing, and finance options to close deals or book showroom test drives.
Customer Support: Handle inbound client inquiries, solve problems, and provide detailed information about car parts or vehicle availability.
CRM Management: Log all client interactions, update contact databases, and schedule follow-up tasks using company software.
Target Achievement: Meet daily call volume metrics, conversion quotas, and monthly revenue goals.

Key Requirements and Skills

Experience: 1 to 3 years of background in telesales, customer care, or car dealership sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal persuasion, active listening, and negotiation abilities over the phone.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle features, market pricing trends, and basic auto financing.
Technical

Skills:

Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools like Whats App Business
