Channel Sales Manager - Self Service Beverage

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and expanding the company's footprint across office, institutional, and public-space beverage service points. This role combines strategic account management with hands‑on team leadership.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across the self‑service beverage channel
• Identify and secure new placement opportunities in offices, institutions, and high‑traffic locations
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service and satisfaction levels
• Lead, coach, and monitor performance of a team of sales/route representatives
• Analyze machine/unit performance data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming locations
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and service quality
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and positioning
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food service, beverage, FMCG, or automated retail
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing a sales or field team
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with route sales, distribution, or self‑service equipment industries is a plus
