* * Overview
* * The Sales Manager will manage the overall Saudi Arabia business through distributor management. The role is responsible for delivering country financial targets, supporting market-share and distribution growth, and translating channel and brand strategies into customer-specific business plans.

The role also leads the monthly Saudi demand-planning step, manages key commercial KPIs, and identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities. It reports to the Director, Country Manager - GCC.
** About the Role
** This role combines country-level sales execution, distributor management, channel and customer planning, promotion execution, demand planning and commercial KPI management. Success is measured through financial delivery, market-share growth, distribution performance and effective execution of customer business plans.
** About the Team/Department
** You will be part of the Sales function and report to the Director, Country Manager - GCC. The role leads the distributor relationship and works with the distributor team to serve Saudi Arabia channels and customers. The role does not currently include SC Johnson direct or indirect reports.
** Responsibilities
* ** Deliver country financial targets and support market-share growth.
* Plan, execute and manage the distribution setup to effectively serve the country, channels and customers.
* Achieve distribution objectives for core and new products in line with agreed targets.
* Build, implement and monitor Joint Business Plans for key customers.
* Oversee the planning and execution of the annual promotional plan.
* Lead the monthly Saudi demand-planning process, including SOP Step 2.
* Manage shipping and invoicing KPIs.
* Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities, including opportunities to increase distribution.
* Comply with local and global SHE requirements and applicable corporate regulations.
** Experience You’ll Bring
**** Essential qualifications
*** 8-10 years of experience in Sales.
* Core channel-management experience, including management of multiple accounts.
* Experience in trade and in-store activations.
* FMCG experience.
** Preferred qualifications
*** Experience with indirect distribution-channel management.
** Behaviors You’ll Need
*** Strong negotiation skills.
* Collaborative teamwork and the ability to lead a distributor team.
* Strong analytical skills.
** What We Offer
*** Full-time role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
* Approximately 10% domestic travel between regions/cities.
* Approximately 5% regional travel.
