Horeca & Food Services Sales Specialist

Supporting the execution of B2B sales activities within the hospitality and food services sector by managing client relationships, generating new leads, and ensuring excellent service for existing partners. The Sales Specialist contributes to expanding Barnes’ presence in the hospitality sector through account management, product promotion, and continuous follow-up.

• 1. Identifying potential clients in the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies) and reaching out to promote Barnes products
• 2. Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership
• 3. Supporting contract negotiations and assisting in preparing proposals and quotations based on client requirements
• 4. Following up on orders, deliveries, and client inquiries to ensure high service standards
• 5. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns and client-facing materials
• 6. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends within the hospitality and food services sector
• 7. Keeping accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospective client status
• 8. Delivering presentations, product demos, and tastings when needed to attract clients and support deal closure
• 9. Providing regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance, client updates, and market analysis
• 10. Coordinating internally with logistics and operations to ensure smooth delivery and execution

bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the HORECA or food and beverage (F&B) sector.
