We are seeking an experienced Senior Field to Leads field geology execution and provides advanced interpretation support, bridging field data capture with client-ready reporting and model updates

• Plan and supervise field activities; enforce consistent codes and SOPs.
• Lead drill logging; interpret results to guide next steps and priorities.
• Review QA/QC batches; coordinate with labs for corrective actions.
• Produce high-quality technical notes, maps, sections, and report inputs.
• Mentor junior staff; lead field audits for safety and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Geology
• 6-10 years experience in exploration/field leadership
• Strong reporting skills and GIS familiarity; remote/rotational readiness
