Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in restaurant maintenance ("Strict Requirement").

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance for all equipment and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and commercial kitchen appliances) to ensure continuous, efficient operations and maintain facility readiness in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Preventive Maintenance:
  Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on appliances and equipment according to scheduled plans.
• Rapid Response:
  Troubleshoot and repair emergency breakdowns promptly to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly without interruption.
• Comprehensive Maintenance:
  Maintain and repair electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and commercial cooking/cooling equipment.
• Spare Parts:
  Install and replace necessary spare parts in accordance with company quality standards.
• Technical Reporting:
  Submit regular reports to the maintenance supervisor detailing equipment status and recurring faults.
• Safety First:
  Maintain strict adherence to occupational health and safety procedures during all maintenance tasks.

• Experience:
  
  A minimum of two (2) years of hands on experience as a maintenance technician within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of maintaining commercial and central kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigerators, deep fryers, etc.).
• Flexibility:
  Ability to handle emergency situations and work effectively under pressure.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is highly preferred.
