Job Summary:

The Scaffolder Inspector is responsible for inspecting, supervising, and ensuring the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with SABIC standards and HSE requirements.

• Inspect scaffolding structures before, during, and after erection to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and SABIC safety standards; identify and report non-conformities or hazards.
• Supervise daily scaffolding operations to ensure safe work practices are followed, monitor proper use of materials and equipment, and verify adherence to approved installation procedures.
• Perform regular safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to proactively identify hazards, implement corrective measures, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate inspection reports, logs, and records in accordance with SABIC procedures; ensure timely updating for audits and compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and mentorship to scaffolders on safe erection, modification, and dismantling; promote awareness of safety standards, proper techniques, and load-handling practices.

• Education:
  
  Technical Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Scaffolding, Civil, or Industrial Safety.
• Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, safety codes, and load-bearing capacities.
