Mechanical and Electrical Facility Maintenance Team; Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, elevators, and electrical infrastructure) to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems and meticulously document all work performed and parts used.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests, diagnosing problems under pressure and implementing immediate solutions.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in facility maintenance with a strong focus on both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience or background in pipe manufacturing within a stainless steel manufacturing company.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an Associate’s degree in a relevant technical field is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as HVAC TypeII, Journeyman Electrician License, or equivalent industry‑recognized credentials.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
