Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, elevators, and electrical infrastructure) to identify and address potential issues before they cause downtime.
Perform timely and accurate repairs on a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.
Execute preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems and meticulously document all work performed and parts used.
Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests, diagnosing problems under pressure and implementing immediate solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands on experience in facility maintenance with a strong focus on both mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience or background in pipe manufacturing within a stainless steel manufacturing company.
High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an Associate's degree in a relevant technical field is highly preferred.
Relevant certifications such as HVAC TypeII, Journeyman Electrician License, or equivalent industry recognized credentials.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
