Be part of our Project Execution team as a Site Electrical Supervisor inJeddah, KSA.

What are my responsibilities?
  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day site execution of electrical, control and associated IT infrastructure installation for Cargo and Baggage Handling Systems.
  • Directly supervise supplier/subcontractor foremen and technicians, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate daily site activities with the Electrical Engineer, including manpower allocation, work fronts, installation priorities, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Supervise the installation of cable containment, power and control cabling, electrical panels, field devices, network cabinets, fiber/copper cabling, and associated electrical and control infrastructure.
  • Verify area readiness and installation prerequisites and coordinate site interfaces and constraints with other disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, I/O lists, and installation layouts, and ensure the site teams work according to the latest approved documentation.
  • Monitor installation progress, productivity, workmanship, and subcontractor performance against planned targets and report status and constraints to the Electrical Engineer.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, installation, identification, and protection of electrical and control equipment and materials.
  • Perform installation checks and coordinate inspections with the Quality team, ensuring non-conformities, punch-list items, and snags are rectified and closed in a timely manner.
  • Support electrical and controls pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including testing, power-up readiness, I/O checks, troubleshooting, and required site modifications.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure work areas remain safe, organized, and ready for subsequent installation and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure all site teams comply with occupational health, safety, security, environmental, and quality requirements.
What do I need to qualify for the role?
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in electrical installation within Industrial Automation, Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Material Handling Systems (MHS), Cargo Handling Systems, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience supervising foremen, technicians, and subcontractor teams on industrial, logistics, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong practical knowledge of electrical installation, including cable containment, cable pulling and termination, LV power distribution, control panels, field devices, and associated electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, installation layouts, cable schedules, and I/O lists.
  • Strong knowledge of the Siemens PLC &equipment’stroubleshooting.
  • Experience in executing electrical & controls pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Strong site supervision and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple work fronts and effectively direct foremen and technicians.
  • Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe working practices on construction and installation sites.
  • Good command of English;
    Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and work on projects within and outside KSA as required.
