El Seif Operation and Maintenance Co. (ESOM) in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Hard Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems across facilities.
You will supervise 12–24 technicians and up to 2 foremen, coordinate planned preventive maintenance, ensure safety and quality standards, and support commissioning and handover of new installations. Strong MEP knowledge required.
