** Job Summary  We are seeking a skilled Front End Washer Mechanic to maintain and troubleshoot specialized machinery within our can manufacturing facility. This role ensures optimal performance and reliability of our front-end washing equipment.

Job Responsibilities   
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative measures on front-end washing machines and related auxiliary equipment.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on washers, dryers, and associated conveyance systems.

* Troubleshoot complex machinery malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

* Execute scheduled and unscheduled repairs, including component replacement, alignment, and calibration.

* Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in troubleshooting and repair activities.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

* Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency.

* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Job Qualifications   
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

* Proven experience with the maintenance and repair of industrial washing equipment or similar automated machinery.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

* Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.

* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

* Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls (e.g., sensors, motors, PLCs).

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
