Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot malfunctions achieving a resolution rate of 95 on first attempts
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement preventive maintenance schedules enhancing system longevity
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing cooling processes contributing to energy efficiency initiatives
- Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge to foster a culture of learning and development within the team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in chiller maintenance and repair
- Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting with a strong understanding of refrigeration principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
