Junior Project Coordinator​/Business Analyst

Location

Jefferson City, MO – Onsite 5 days a week - Free parking

• Scheduling meetings across a large, diverse project team and associated stakeholders
• Gathering meeting topics and preparing agendas – Interact with stakeholders and project team members
• Taking notes during project meetings – highlighting key deliverables, important milestones, and desired outcomes
• Documenting and tracking action items – maintain appropriate project documentation artifacts
• Assisting with documentation, authoring, as well as organization
• Loading documents to the appropriate SharePoint sites
• Other related activities as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the overall program

• Confidence within the Office
  365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Willingness to be part of a dynamic team and contribute within the role
• Relevant college degree (Business, Public Administration, etc.)

• Experience working with a State or Local government agency in a similar capacity
• Experience working with Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Visio
