Salary: $40,152

Please note: The salary range listed in this job description is a base salary. Applicants eligible for years-of-service adjustments or shift differentials may exceed salary range listed above.

Job Location: This position will be located at 205 Jefferson St., Jefferson City, MO 65101.

What you’ll do:

• Enter, update, retrieve data and create statistical reports from student information system.
• Assists and communicates with school staff on various aspects of the school records management program including report set-up.
• Provides support to staff on the use of various programs including but not limited to the IEP program and student information system.
• Provide confidential assistance such as preparing correspondence, compiling data, filing of confidential documents and disseminating information for the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Director for Student Services.
• Compile release of information reports.
• Process requests for student records.

All you need for success:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Four or more years of experience successfully performing progressively responsible support tasks.
