School Data Specialist for Superintendent Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Missouri Schools for the Severely Disabled

Salary: $40,152 (base). Applicants eligible for years-of-service adjustments or shift differentials may exceed the listed salary.

Job Location: 205 Jefferson St., Jefferson City, MO 65101.

• Enter, update, retrieve data and create statistical reports from the student information system.
• Assist and communicate with school staff on various aspects of the school records management program, including report set‑up.
• Provide support to staff on the use of various programs, including the IEP program and student information system.
• Provide confidential assistance such as preparing correspondence, compiling data, filing confidential documents, and disseminating information for the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Director for Student Services.
• Compile release‑of‑information reports.
• Process requests for student records.

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Four or more years of experience successfully performing progressively responsible support tasks.
