Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Dr., Jefferson City, MO, in the Division of Regulation and Licensure.

The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay
- Customer Service & Communication (Answer Phones; Prepare correspondence)
- Administrative Support (File records;
Process applicant materials;
Archive documents;
Process expense accounts; hotel bills; order supplies, etc. - Process in-state and out-of-state travel arrangements
- Process work orders and invoices
- Inventory Tracking
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to learn new software and administrative processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate should possess strong organization skills and ability to complete tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Experience maintaining confidential records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
