Motor Vehicle Processing Assistant - Refunds; Temporary

Part-Time Hourly Rate: $16.84

This is a part-time position between 15-40 hours a week that will be at least 3 months assisting our motor vehicle refunds team. You will work in a friendly environment processing receipts for scanning, keying applications into a tracker, pulling paperwork for voicemails, calls and emails amongst other small duties.

• Reviewing the request for all required documentation and information required to process the transaction
• Finding and printing documents/receipts that were not included in the request
• Keying the customer information into a tracker for following the transaction through its different stages
• Sending the customer notification of what is needed if the request cannot be processed
• Responding to customer phone inquiries about their refund request
• Sorting the refund requests into types of refund
• Other tasks needed to assist the team through the processes
