Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant, Clerical
This position is part time, 20 hours a week, $25.00 an hour, Administrative Assistant in the Department of Mental Health (DMH) Office of Disaster Services (ODS).
This position supports the ODS in:
- Day to day office tasks.
- Scheduling and coordination of trainings, conferences, and other travel arrangements.
- Disaster communication logistics.
- Organization of deployment logistics and ODS area.
- Ordering of supplies and utilization of P-Card purchases and tracking.
- Maintaining SharePoint and disaster drives organization.
- Data entry.
- Answering and making phone calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
Some travel may be requested, but not required.
Required Qualifications:- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office.
- Comfort with answering and directing phone calls.
